Hello all. Just an update to tell you im not dead! I apologize for the sudden slow down in commission work, as usual in life, stupidness came up, but I promise I'll be back on track soon, so I beg for your patience.
Will get back to updating that journal and blah de blah.

Oh, no... I'm actually kind of intimidated by CA. Kind of like Raven, I'm not a career-pursuing artist. So I don't want to get sucked into something I don't have the time commitment for. I might like to some day, but for now, I have a lot of apprehensions from diving so deep into art as a profession. It's my (self-financing) "make me feel better" hobby, so I don't want it to become too much work.

I'm trying to be a technical artist/director (title changes like, depending on the company). I'm good at programming, and I like it - so why not have the best of both worlds?

Oh i see i see. Im intimidated by the finally finished section of CA, but the challenges and sketchbook sections are nice and warm.

Thats a cool direction. My good friend is a technical illustrator, its pretty crazy stuff, I think i would die trying to do it. Good luck on your path.

I was thinking personally of trying the drawing jams at SketchTheatre and CGHub since they're not as intense and the themes are less specialized (not "characters" "creatures" etc. just more "draw something with this theme").
